2 medium kohlrabis (about 700 grams)
1 potato
1 liter vegetable stock
250 ml milk
250 gr minced beef
1 small egg
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp mustard
pepper and salt
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
fresh parsley to garnish
