This slightly sweet banana bread is made with almond flour and is therefore gluten-free! Delicious with a touch of peanut butter and cocoa nibs.
Preparation
 Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Place the bananas, eggs, cinnamon, honey and peanut butter in the food processor. mix together. Put the mixture in a bowl and fold in the self-raising almond flour and then the cocoa nibs. Pour the batter into a cake tin (I used a silicone mould, grease with another mould). Bake the banana bread in the oven for 60 minutes. Let cool slightly and drizzle over some extra peanut butter and sprinkle with cocoa nibs.
