Halloween night? Make these funny frankfurters mummies. Also handy for the trick or treat walk.

Ingredients

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Thaw the puff pastry sheets. Drain the sausages and pat dry with a paper towel.
Cut very thin strips from the sheets of puff pastry.
Take a strip and wrap it around a frankfurter. Then take another strip and stick it on as well and work your way up. Leave a little space where the eyes should be.
Place the mummy frankfurters on a baking sheet. Beat the egg and brush it with it. Bake them crispy for about 25 minutes.
Finally, make eyes on the sausages with a little mustard.
You can store them in a sealed container for up to 1 day.
