This healthier version of Bounty’s is great for snacking in between.




 Melt the coconut oil. Then mix these together with the coconut juice, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor. Make balls by kneading some of the mixture in your hands (do not roll). If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra coconut oil. Let the balls stiffen for an hour in the fridge (or 20 minutes in the freezer). Melt the chocolate au bain marie. Remove the balls and let them drain on a piece of baking paper. Sprinkle with some extra grated coconut, if desired. Let the chocolate harden, for example in the refrigerator. Keep them, especially at warm temperatures, also preferably in the refrigerator. This coconut snack is also vegan.
