A quick homemade hummus with avocado. The avocado makes this hummus wonderfully creamy!




Rinse the chick peas and drain. Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh from the skin.
Place all the ingredients for the hummus (except the coriander and paprika) in a food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth hummus. Finish with some fresh coriander and paprika. Delicious with pita bread.
Tip: for an extra creamy hummus, remove the skins from the chickpeas. Takes a little longer but makes it extra creamy.
