Teriyaki chicken sandwich

Must Try

Simple but easy Eastern sandwich for when you don’t know what to cook or delicious for lunch

Place the chicken breasts in a pan with water and cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion and fry it gently in a pan. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it drain. Pull the chicken separately with a fork to create pulled chicken. Then add it to the onion.

Add the teriyaki sauce and stir through. Cut open the buns and spread a little lettuce on them and top with a few slices of pickle. Then divide the chicken teriyaki over it and some pieces of mango. Finish the dish with some fried onions for a crunchy bite and some parsley for a fresh touch.
Keep 2 sandwiches pp as a main course and 1 sandwich pp for lunch.
