 Cut slices of about 1 cm thick from the sweet potato. Brush it on both sides with a little sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Grill in a griddle pan, grill iron or fry in the frying pan until the slices are cooked and golden brown.

 Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on a slice of sweet potato, put a handful of spinach on top and the salmon slices on top. Divide the onion rings over the salmon, put a handful of afalfa on top and top with capers.
