 Cut the baguette in thirds and then in half lengthwise (or other desired size). Remove some of the soft bread and place on the baking sheet. Fill them with the meat mixture. Sprinkle with pine nuts and some cheese. Bake the filled baguettes in the oven for about 15 minutes. Garnish with some basil.
