Delicious as (Easter) lunch: crispy puff pastry topped with cream cheese, salmon and apple



 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let the puff pastry sheets thaw and cut them in half once into 8 rectangles and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Poke some holes in the dough with a fork and brush with a beaten egg. Bake them crispy for about 20 minutes.

 Then let them cool and spread 4 pieces with a layer of herb cheese. Top them with some smoked salmon and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper. Divide some arugula and pieces of apple over it. Cover with the remaining sheets of puff pastry.
