chicken breast:
2 x chicken fillets

For the chicken, mix together the soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and spoon the marinade over them. Heat a grill pan on a high temperature and fry the chicken until nicely browned and cooked through for about 12 minutes (depending on the thickness).
