This filled croissant dough wreath is a great addition to Christmas brunch. Delicious with minced meat, feta and pistachios.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the bell pepper into pieces and the garlic finely. Or squeeze the garlic.
Mix the minced meat with the pieces of paprika, garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, paprika powder, cumin, breadcrumbs and 3 tablespoons of finely chopped pistachios.
Remove the croissant dough from the packaging and separate the triangles. Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper. They may overlap slightly. Place a fairly large glass in the center and press the dough out.

Bake the wreath in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
