This version of a shoarma sandwich with home-seasoned chicken and lots of vegetables is just a bit healthier than a shoarma sandwich

 Bake the pita breads in the oven. Season the chicken with the shaorma spices. Cut the zucchini into slices, brush with oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and grill them in a (grill) pan. Fry the chicken shawarma in a pan.

 Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and avocado into pieces. Mix the ingredients for the garlic sauce together. Divide the chicken shoarma, cucumber, avocado, zucchini, tomatoes and iceberg lettuce nicely over 2 bowls (or plates). Serve with the garlic sauce and pita bread.
