Grate the zucchini and place in a clean tea towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Place the grated zucchini in a bowl. Finely chop the 2 cloves of garlic and spring onion. Keep 1 clove of the finely chopped garlic aside. Add the garlic and spring onion to the bowl with zucchini. Then add the egg, almond flour and cumin. Crumble the feta over the bowl and stir until smooth. Season it with salt and pepper.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry cookies from the zucchini mixture in it. Brown them on both sides. Meanwhile, finely chop the chives and mix with the Greek yogurt, the remaining clove of garlic, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Serve the zucchini cookies with the yogurt dipping sauce.
