200 ml low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp oatmeal flakes
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp almonds
½ tbsp sunflower seeds

1 teaspoon chia seeds (for sale at e.g. De Tuinen)
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Also delicious with, for example, pieces of fruit, honey or grated coconut.
