Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Heat the oil or butter in a pan and add the chicken. Stir in the teriyaki sauce. Bake the chicken for 5 minutes until it is about cooked.
Cut the red onion into rings. Add the red onion and fry for a further minute.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips or cut into strings with a spirelli cutter.
