A delicious vegan club sandwich with avocado and vegan mayonnaise, cheese and chicken.

Preparation

Marinate the vegan chicken pieces in the paprika powder.
Take the 3 sandwiches and spread the top and bottom sandwich on one side with vegan mayonnaise and the sandwich that goes in the middle on both sides.

Cut the tomato and avocado slices.

Cut the club sandwich in half and insert a toothpick to hold it all together.
Serve with fries, salad on natural chips.
