Healthy and tasty smoothie with mango, banana and coconut, ideal for breakfast or in between

Ingredients

1 mango
1 banana
200 ml coconut milk
250 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or from a bottle)
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp honey

Preparation


Cut the mango and banana into pieces and puree them together with the coconut milk and orange juice in a blender. You can also use an immersion blender if you don’t have a blender. Add the honey and stir it through. Pour the juice into large glasses and top with a little grated coconut. Garnish with fruit and a straw if desired.
