Make these easy to prepare gluten-free burgers yourself. They are deliciously seasoned and have a firm bite. Delicious with fresh toppings.




Finely chop the white onion and garlic.
Mix the onion and garlic through the minced meat together with the egg and the paprika powder and cayenne pepper. Add more to your taste if desired.
Then mix in the flour. If necessary, add a portion first and depending on how wet or dry the mixture is, add more.
Make 4 burgers from the meat mixture.
Heat some (vegetable) butter or oil in a pan and fry the burgers on both sides.
Meanwhile, prepare the sandwiches. Cut open the buns and spread with the mayonnaise.
Cut the tomato into slices and the red onion into rings.
Divide the arugula over the buns and place the burgers on top. On top of that the tomato and onion and then the ketchup. Also put the top of the bun on top.
Tip: Delicious with baked potatoes or a baked potato .
