Delicious chicory boats filled with a creamy tuna salad and capers. A nice crispy and fresh snack.



Carefully remove 8 large leaves from the chicory without tearing them.
Then cut the remaining part very finely into strips.
Mix the canned tuna with the mayonnaise. Chop the red onion very finely. Then spoon the capers and red onion through the tuna.
Add the chicory strips and, if desired, a pinch of salt and pepper. Divide the mixture over the chicory boats and top with some fresh parsley.
Delicious as a snack or as a side dish.
Tip: Also nice to cut through a crunchy green apple very finely.
