Ham cheese croissants with egg

Must Try

These croissants filled with scrambled eggs and ham are delicious with (Easter) breakfast

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the eggs together and add the cream. Heat a little butter in a pan and add the egg mixture and let it set for a few seconds. Then mix with a wooden spatula, from the outside in. Add the parsley, pepper, salt and cheese and turn off the heat. Do not overcook the egg or it will become dry. Roll out the croissant dough and cut at the seams. Make a small cut in the center of the straight side. Place a slice of shoulder ham on the middle of the wide part. Spoon some scrambled eggs on top and carefully roll up the croissant. Place them on the baking tray and brush with a little whipped cream (or egg) and bake in the oven for 12 minutes. They can be served hot or cold, but they taste just a bit better warm.
