Tasty tortilla wraps filled with Mexican-spiced chicken and bell pepper, prepared quickly and easily!

Chop the onion finely and fry it together with the chicken in a pan for about 5 minutes. Also cut the bell pepper into small cubes and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the Mexican spice mix to the chicken mixture along with 3 tablespoons of water.

Drain the corn and warm in the pan for a while. Warm the wraps briefly in a pan or in the oven. Spoon some of the filling onto the tortillas, sprinkle with some chopped spring onions, roll up and secure with skewers. Serve the wraps with chicken with some grated cheese, sour cream and/or taco sauce. Delicious with rice or salad.

Tip: for a vegetarian variant, replace the chicken with pieces of vegetarian chicken or kidney beans.
