Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cauliflower into equal pieces if desired. Boil the cauliflower briefly in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Then drain well.

Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into small cubes and the mushrooms into slices. Fry these for 5 minutes in the pan with a tablespoon of oil. Then add the cauliflower foils to the pan.

Add the pizza sauce to the pan and toss through the vegetables. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spoon the entire mixture into a baking dish. Tear the mozzarella ball into small pieces and divide over the pizza dish. Top with the salami and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the oven dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Tip: prefer vegan? Then omit the salami or use vegetarian slices of salami or ham
